Scythe Weed and Grass Killer

Kills grass and weeds fast!

Scythe is used as a contact weed and grass killer which is composed of pelargonic acid and related fatty acids.  This material is a non-selective (kills broadleaf and grasses) contact spray concentrate.  Results are usually visible within minutes after spray application.  Mix Scythe with water and spray the foliage of unwanted grasses, broadleaf weeds and some perennials.  On harder plants (or strong weeds over 6 inches in height) this herbicide will suppress or kill the new, top growth.  Not available in CA, NY, NJ, CT, VT, NH, DE, MA, AK, HI
For an impressive, fast kill on hardier plants (unwanted shrubs, blackberry bushes, tall weeds), mix 2 ounces Roundup Professional (or 1 pack of Roundup Pro Dry) and 4 ounces Scythe per gallon of water.  This super gallon of solution will treat 500 square feet.  Most of our customers prefer to mix Scythe with Roundup Pro Dry.
Note to commercial applicators:  Combining Scythe and Roundup will give you a super fast kill.  Scythe will speed up the translocation of Roundup throughout the treated plants.  This is a great combination if your customer is in a hurry, preparing for a party, wedding or other outdoor activity.

Use a Chapin 1 Gallon Sprayer or the new
Wheelpump 4 Gallon Sprayer to apply herbicides or pesticides.

Mix 1 packet Roundup Pro Dry and 4 ounces Scythe per gallon of water.
